A walk-through Timeline of Women in 18th, 19th and 20th century America featuring scholars, historians and authors depicting women’s roles during the Civil War, Industrial Revolution and Suffrage movement.  Enjoy interactive displays, artisanal demonstrations and presentations by re-enactors portraying pioneering physician Dr. Elizabeth Kingman Horr, author and abolitionist Harriet Beecher Stowe, and hear tales of espionage from a most devious spy, Rose O’Neal Greenhow! The Girl Scout Museum will be presenting “50 Years of Scouting”.  Join us for a weekend exploring women’s struggles, triumphs, and HerStory in America!
