This image was taken in Belgium and the title partially refers to the fact that the cafe was an initiative to combat social disparity in the community.

Tamara Rafkin is an American/Belgian artist currently residing in the Hudson Valley. Her work has been exhibited across several continents and is part of many private and public collections, most recently her work has been seen with the American Society of Media Photographers at the Aqua Art Fair in Miami 2019 and part of a 2020 summer group exhibition at Lyons Wier Gallery in Chelsea NYC.
